Following are the only services I get.

server2:~# /kolab/bin/openpkg rc all start
OpenPKG: start: openpkg, openldap, sasl, spamassassin, amavisd, clamav, dcron
OpenPKG: start: imapd, postfix, proftpd, kolabd.

Apache does not start even know I got following during install

Create initial config files for postfix, apache, proftpd, cyrus imap, saslauthd
running /kolab/sbin/kolabconf -n
kolabconf - Kolab Configuration Generator

I got apache installed by moving the

apache*.src, obmtool & obmtool.conf

in to a new temp directory and started in the new directory

'sh obmtool kolab'
